In the last 30 years Chem and Lube has been blessed with growth. We are now shipping product to over 28 states and 6 foreign countries. We are thankful and owe a great deal of gratitude to the men and women who have worked hard to accomplish this task. As is often the case with success, there are often challenges. Our challenge was to continue to provide personal service to our customer. Over 6 years ago we launched a campaign to begin a distribution program that provided the customer with knowledgeable and caring people. We believe we have accomplished this task. Today, we have a local distributor in every area where we have customers. If a new customer appears where we have never been, we immediately establish a local distributor to meet their needs. Working primarily with bearing distributors we found people that were familiar with equipment and those people whose responsibility it is to maintain them. |
